2026 Conference Registration

Non Member $350 ($340 for online payment)
Member Retiree $225 ($215 for online payment)
Non Member Retiree $325 ($315 for online payment)
Late Registration Fee (April 1 – May 1st)
$435 (online payment only)
Due to processing issues, we will no longer be able to accommodate group registrations under one form. Each attendee must have a separate registration form completed.
Event Details

- Each registration will require a credit card payment at the time of registration or school check payment.
- There is a 3% transaction fee associated with each online registration payment. To offset this fee, there is a $10 per person discount for online payment at the time of registration
- School check registrations must be followed up with a payment mailed to the address below.

You will need the following information:
- name
- address
- phone
- school and district
- nursing license number
- form of payment (credit card or name of finance person responsible for sending school check)
After completing and submitting the registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation email with details of your registration including a link to proof of payment if paid by credit card or amount owed if paying by school check.
